Accessibility Statement
We aim for Shoshin Tools to be usable by as many people as possible, and we build toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a baseline. Concretely, that means:
- A "skip to content" link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.
- A single, logical heading per page and consistent heading order.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
- ARIA labels and live regions on custom controls (drag-and-drop file zones, status/result messages) so screen readers announce them correctly.
- Respect for your operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
- A dark theme with text and UI colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 or better).
- No content that relies on color alone to convey meaning.
This is an ongoing effort, not a certification — if you hit a barrier using any tool with a keyboard, screen reader, or assistive technology, please tell us and we'll fix it.
